Old Town is the oldest section of Albuquerque, with some buildings dating back to the 1700’s. These photos show the some of the lovely hand-shaped Adobe details in Old Town. Most of these details remain, although some of the shops have new owners, and have changed somewhat in appearance.

Schell Gift Shop, Old Town, Albuquerque

The Schell Gift Shop is one of the few buildings in Old Town that shows rare Victorian architectural influences, a departure from the Spanish-Adobe typical in this area.
